when you do not have any fancy machines to do it,i have been using a cutting blade to cut the sheets then using the
Fiskars ProCision Rotary to trim up once heat pressed but its hard work ,would be grateful for any help,

Yeah, you really need a CNC machine for best results. I just order my sheets custom cut.

You would need a metal shears for that. Something like the image below.

I'm with Webtrekker, just buy the sizes you need. Even with a cutter, you'll still need to round the corners.

something like this is very expensive in new zealand we are limited to what you can buy

A bandsaw will do and you can stack 20 or 30 sheets at a time to save time.

If you need a shear, for straight edges you need to contact Accucutter (www.accucutter.com) for a dealer near you. They do not sell direct.

They also have good tools for adding rounded corners.

Been using both for many years with no issues.
