Cutting Master 3

How do I get cutting master 3 on my graphtec 5000-60 cutter to recognize a font that I downloaded into my corel draw x5 and used in my design? When I send the design to the cutter, the design shows up minus the wording using the downloaded font.

First, make sure that the font is converted to curves. Also look at the "Configure Cut Job" window in CM3 to make sure all of the layers are checked.
