cutting flock need something to hold it in place for customers help!

Are you talking about clear heat transfer carrier sheet/material perhaps? Kind of like using mask or transfer paper for sign making, but for heat applied materials?

To be honest im not overly sure what it is i am looking for!!!
i am cutting out letters in 2 colours of flock like in the picture.once they are cut i have to put them together and then before i send them out to customers i need to attach them to something.
maybe it is a carrier sheet but i havent a clue what it is called or where to get it!!!
