I just got a Cameo Silhouette cutter to remove black backgrounds for photographs for pressing Opaque 3G transfers onto black shirts.

I'm confused about the workflow. I see that I can import the image into Silhouette Studio to select the cutting area, but I'm printing the image in Photoshop. How do I get this to all work together? I don't understand the sequence.

Do I print it through Silhouette first, rather than photoshop, and then feed it into the cutter? It seems like registration would be a challenge.

you print it from the studio. export from PS as an image into a file somewhere, drag it onto your workspace in cameo, trace it, apply reg marks, then print and cut from there.
