Hi guys,

Im new to this.

Any recommendations for vinyl Cutters?

I heard Roland & Cameos here & there...
Cameos has their own software for editing & making designs right? while Roland doesn't you gotta need 3rd party for project design.

Durability & price wise ?

& btw, where can i buy them? im based in LA

Thanks for your help.

A graphtec is great, it will last forever and you can download their design software (it also comes in the box). Roland's are nice too and they have software as well. But I highly recommend graphtec. The FC series is nice but the CE6000 series works great too. They are not the cheapest plotters...but they are workhorses and built to last. Like most things you get what you pay for.
Cheap equipment will cost you money in the long run...quality equipment will make you money.

Their website lists distributors you can buy from.

I dont know if the little Roland's use cut studio or not. You would have to research that.

If you are ok with a 15" plotter...the graphtec CE6000-40 is a good pick should be right around your budget. This is an entry level professional plotter....and you can use their design software if you dont have illustrator.
