Hi I'm from Singapore, I bought a cutter plotter from China and it took a hard time for me to install the hardware into my pc but now it still doesn;t work!!! When I send datas to the plotter, it just doesn't cut... Will somebody please help me? It's really tiring to install and uninstalling the hardware again and again.. I do know if it's the driver software problem or something else.. Thank you..

Have not heard of them, but I guess my next question would be: what kind of connections methods does it have available, and which one did you choose? By connection method, I mean, what kind of cable are you ussing to connect the cutter to your computer?

Sure, the driver software attached to the machine was incomplete as I couldn't install the hardware onto my pc so I wrote to the sales person in China. She sent me a RAR file called SERIAL through email and you have to extract it to zip file before installing or else it won't work (which she didn't tell me). After finally installing it, you have to set the port setting to 57600 bits and the port com must be 1 or 2. In the device setup when you try to cut and plot, remember to link to com 1 or 2 and in the setup box, the port must be also 1 or 2 and only tick the box RTS/CTS. The instruction manual attached has no information on all these I have only managed to make it work after many many tries. Hope these information will be useful to those who bought this machine in future.

Best Regards,
Scout
