good day ! i have a problem with my cutter plotter, i already installed the cd of the cutter but my computer cannot detect the plotter and i cannot used it.

Asegurate que la cortadora este conectada a la computadora, tienes que poner mas informacion acerca que cortadora tienes si la tienes conectada con usb o paralelo.

Go to your device driver in Windows. Unplug and re-plug in the cutter to the computer and watch for changes in the device driver listing. The cutter should show up as a COM or USB port if it has drivers installed for it and it will be an unknown device or a device with an exclamation point or a question mark on it if it is unrecognized. If it is unrecognized, right click on the device to update the drivers. Navigate to where the drivers are (you will need a copy of the drivers) and select them and install them for that device.

Next, once the device has drivers installed and it is recognized, right click on the port to configure the proper settings for that cutter if needed. Make sure your sign cutting program has the same settings configured and make sure the cutter is set to the same settings (such as baud rate) if it has those settings.
