Cut Master 4

I just got my graphtec. I loaded all my software. I was prompted to update the software to the latest and did. now since I updated cut master isnt working from Adobe Illustrator. When i go to File -> Cut Master 4 -> Cut/Plot and nothing happens.

I do all my work out of Illustrator and really want to be able to send my vector images directly to graphtec.

Has anyone ran into this issue?

Have you got the full version of Adobe Illustrator with the docking app?

I have cs 6 full version. Not sure what the docking app is.

There should what looks like a rock in the task bar. If not go to the graphtec website and look for the plugin for adobe illustrator, download it and install and that should get it working.
