Depends on a number of factors.
1) Finding local (or out of state) seamstresses/company to outsource. Prices obviously vary here. Local seamstress could be the cheapest, but a larger company may give better quality.
2) Material used. For a batch of 50, you would probably supply your own fabric. Larger orders/bigger companies print the designs on blank fabric, then cut & sew.
3) Labels. You'd probably want custom sizing & branding labels (neck tags, hem tags, etc)
For our cut & sew department, we supply shirts to the seamstress (wholesale Alstyle 1701), draw sketches & buy fabric rolls, neck tags & our seamstresses work their magic.
