Hello everyone.
I was wondering what you guys use/suggest for reviewing proofs with customers? I think that this is one of the most important aspects of the job when it comes to preventing mistakes/miscommunication.

Currently, I have a custom sheet I add the mock-up and specs which I will email to the customer. From there the customer will either make edits and receive a new proof, or sign-off on the job. The down side to this is that some non-tech-savy customers don't know how to zoom into a PDF to see their design (etc etc).

I was wondering if perhaps anyone has a online system they or a unique way of sending proofs that trumps the traditional PDF email.

Hi Justin, we use an online system which was custom made so that clients can login and view their proofs, request edits, or place approvals. Our website keeps track of everything as well. It was very expensive to set up and is very unique. we were doing the e-mail proofs for a while but as business grew it was becoming more and more difficult to keep up with what was or wasn't approved.
