What are the best qualities in custom transfers? The semi rough feel or the ones that feel like plastic. I am stuck between the two but I noticed the ones that is done directly on t-shirts from a screen printer has a rough feel I like. Most of these companies that do custom transfers do not have that quality. Anyone can point me in the right direction?

I use Fm expression and transfer express custom transfers. They have never let me down.
