If you mean the actual t-shirt as in the the cut and shape, then there is a place off Smith street in Collingwood - I can't remember their name but I know they sew t-shirts so I assume they would do the design as well. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
Custom made t shirts
I'm in Melbourne and looking to get custom t shirts designed, not printed but the actual t shirts designed to a specific shape, does anyone know of anywhere in Victoria that could do this, if not Australia wide? It seems to be very hard to find somewhere?

I don't know if you have already found a company but there is a great company doing exactly what you ask for in Malaysia and they have very good quality tshirts. They are called Salty Customs.
