Custom Heat Transfer

Hi. I am looking for a custom, 3 color heat transfer. My design is a bit complicated and when I'm trying to layer the vinyl == it doesn't have the crisp professional look i want. My customer wants the sharp colors and defined lines of the vinyl (and they like that feel).
Is there a company that can provide these transfers? At a reasonable cost. For 3 colors I'm finding its a pretty high cost. Especially throwing in the fee for custom artwork, screens and film.

I'm looking for the vinyl feel, but much easier one press application.
