We have an Anatol 6 foot chamber that currently we run at the lowest speed. and a temp of 770. Now Im not sure completely on ink curing. Does the ink just need to reach 330 or does it need to be at 330 for a period of time. The reason I ask is the belt is at the absolute lowest and that does not seem correct. any help is appreciated thanks.

Plastisol ink needs to reach 320 degrees all the way through the ink. If you have layered inks or a thick deposit, it will take longer to cure fully. How long is the ink under heat?

I would try to get the temp of the ink up to 340 for the 20 seconds. That temp won't mess up the ink and will help the heat get through the ink.
