[Glitch Threadz]

I'm using a Comec KP 08. Using a heavy matte ink to print on aluminum parts. I'm having trouble with destroying plates only after a run or two. I can see visibly on the steel plates that the cup is skipping across the plates. Is there a way to prevent this by a chance.

Also, I can't relieve pressure off the cup pin because the ink will not clear the plate and will leave a haze on the parts.
