Our latest problem while trying to learn this machine is that the edge of the paper keeps getting crinkled up when printing occurs.

Rollers are clean and tight, paper lays nice at the start.

When it grabs the paper it gets all crinkled and the machine shuts down.

Help!

Is your cutter cutting through the entire vinyl. That would cause it to jam too. Should only be cutting the film and not through the backing?
