Hi everyone - has anyone experienced a crooked embroidery issue with tajima before? I attached a picture of a simple name "Debbie". The machine makes bumpy sounds as if its hitting something. The needle doesnt break and the machine continues to sew excepct the embroidery is always crooked and not straight. On some designs you can see the underlay thread. Any insights are appreciated.

Check your bobbin, could be birdnesting then separating on the trim

Looks to me that something is causing the right side of your hoop to eject from the arms of your embroidery machine Something is binding and forcing the hoop off the machine.

I'd not continue using the machine until you've had it looked at by an engineer.

What kind of hoops are you using?
We use Tajima machines and our hoops are either green or wooden.
I agree with Cathy.. something is making your hoop jump.

Make sure the frame that holds your hoops is not moving. We had that exact same issue and on of the screws that hold the frame was not tight.
