Hi, I got this cs630 cutter, and its been working fine on cutting stickers but I wanted to try some shirts and with using flexistarter 10.5. But my problem is when I use the laser to the 4 marks it cuts with a line first before the contour. Ive read the manual it says press the clear(center button) then enter. before clicking ok on the computer. but nothing happens. It says the plotter should display "IsGoRedPointPos?" when pressing clear. but it just shows "working..."
