Creating Bling Text

Since this appears to be rhinestone filled, you will need software that can do this. Either use a dedicated program or maybe some of the macros for Corel can do it. Rhinestones for banners does not sound like a good idea. You could do an image with simulated stones.

what I would do is find some real rhinestone pictures on line.
create my text in Corel then use Power Clip to fit the picture inside the design.
