I have a craft robo cc200-20 I have been using on an old pc that has now given up the ghost so have been looking for drivers to get it to work on my new laptop but the drivers on the Graphtec site for win 7 don't work have even gone into settings and tried to get win to update drivers but it cant find any online my laptop is a Intel core i5 with windows 7 .

Any help would be great I have the robo master software but all the cut buttons are greyed out so def a driver issue.

any other program I can down load and use to cut vinyl on ???

Do you have 32 bit or 64 bit Win7? There is 2 downloads did you try both?

Yes have now tried both still graying out the cut buttons.
