New to this industry. I'm about to drop major cash for equipment, which I can afford. Why is the Sawgrass inks so expensive? Is it that much better than others? What is out there to use instead. Mine is a small home business right now, I can afford the equipment but worried about the cost of ink? Looking for suggestions, etc.

Never used Sawgrass and never will. Many 3rd party inks are well up to quality sublimation work as long as you make sure the supplier can provide you with an ICC profile for their inks.

I use Cobra ink no complaints. I wouldn’t use sawgrass either
