Corel X5

Still new to the t-shirt business and had been thinking about getting Corel Draw 6 down the road, don't have anything at this time. I see on E-Bay they have Corel Draw, Graphic's Suite X5, Full Version, Not upgrad, not acidemic for $ 59.99 with shipping.

Now I ask a loaded question, is there anything wrong with this, will we be able to do t-shirt desings... vs spending a lot more for X6? For a new person who's not interested in the leading edge stuff, is this missing anything that I can't live without? Thanks!

You have to tread lightly when buying these off eBay. There are many counterfeit copies for sale. Some even will work for a while and the 3 months later you get a message that the serial is no good. With that said there are still legit copies for cheap.

X5 is buggy x3 is much better if you don't want the current bells and whistles

Bought X5 last year from EBay with no issues. Just look at the sellers feedback/buyer comments and it'll be easy to figure out who is selling good copies. Got mine from someone called ownstore2008.

make sure it is not an academic version or you will not be able to access all of the features.

Im starting out to do artwork myself. Where can you buy Corel Draw Older versions ., used, other than ebay?

X5 is horrible. Very unstable and crashes non stop if you are doing complex files. X6 is much more stable. If you can get X5 for $60 I would do that then buy the upgrade to X6.

I bought mine from that same ebay seller. I have no problems with my x5 and it even registered it with corel. I was worried it was going to be a bootleg copy, but I am happily surprised!

I agree with everyone x5 is realy bad, be very careful of ebay for software. But get a cheap version then upgrade to x6 and you won't look back.
