HI Im curious if anybody out there can take some time to help me out.

Im using corel graph suite 4 and try to transfer a document into drawings 3. When I do this, the text to be converted into embroidery has a thread connecting each letter to eachother. Can this be stopped so each letter is stand alone and how?

Try converting to curves before save or export.

Set your trim length. It may still appear on screen, but will will trim between each letter.

Take the text line convert to curves
Then Break Apart
The take any letters that have holes in them like "o"s, "a"s etc. and Combine each one individually just so the inside and the outside are together

that should take care of most along with adjusting the trim distance as mentioned in one of the other posts
