I know that Corel Draw Home/Student edition does not take plug ins but does it accept the ICC profiles for sublimation?

i believe that the ICC profiles is connected to the printer profile..not the graphics profile

Yes it will, without problem... I have ICC profiles for 4 color screen printing ink as well as my sublimation ICC profiles in corel x6 student
