A year or so ago I was making signs and t-shirt designs with a friend. Unfortunately we had to leave our business unit as he gave up his side of the business. I retained the PC, cutter and heat press and now want to relaunch the business from home. Problem is I have upgraded the Cutting Master 2 software and now the 'Cut' and 'Reg Marks' options have disappeared from the Launcher. The C-D 12 software was a copy and I was wondering if this might be the problem. I use a Graphtec CE5000-60. Any recommendations for software that might work? C-D 12 doesn't run that well on Win 7 and I am tempted to get some decent software. Thanks. Dave

Graphtec CE5000-60 and Cut Master plug in requires Vba macro library. To test that open CorelDRAW with a new document. Press Alt F11 to open the macro editor. If it does not open then you need to upgrade CorelDRAW. If does open the library is not compatible with Cut Master macro. There should be some X3, X4 or X5 in Amazon. Make sure that the version you buy is not a student version. It does not have macro library. You should buy the full version. I own all 3 versions that I mentioned installed in Windows 7. They all work with Cut Master 2 plug in. There are still too many bugs with X6 and X7. Anyway if you are just going to use CD to do vinyl cutting you don't need X6 or X7. Another option you have is buy upgrade from Corel website. I am not sure if X12 is still eligible for upgrade. Try contacting customer service.
