Copyright Issue (old-school video games)
Could these designs be sued for copyright infringement by the Tetris Company?
Tetris T-Shirts, sweatshirts, shirts, bumper stickers & gifts from CafePress
Most of the images poke fun at the game Tetris. Are they then protected under "fair use"/parody?
How about the shirts "I'd Hit That" (with the Super Mario coin box drawn on top) and "This Is Why I'm Hot" (w/ Super Mario flower box)? Did they ask permission from Nintendo? If they did, does anyone know how?
