I have a 60x 24 conveyor dryer it has a speed control and heat control but my problem with it is that there is a huge temp diffrence from the left side of the dryer to the right side of it. dose anyone know if I can just get a "infrared" panel and replace the coil ? and where could I get the panel from ? as for modding the dryer well I'm more than capable of handeling the task

Just to add another good company--Tempco (tempco.com) has quite a process heating catalog as well. They were one of two places I could find who had mercury contactors. I know they carry and manufacture IR panels as well--although the watt density on their standard ones might be a little high for what you want to do.
