You may have trouble getting actual plans to build one because there's so much work and research involved, most people don't want to just give it away. Probably the best recommendation I can give you would be to learn as much as you can from these forums. Most people here are pretty helpful too. BTW, I haven't built one yet - but I'm in the planning process right now.
