Hi every body,

I need help on my R2000 printer. I don't know why but all the panel unit doesn't work anymore. This morning I'm sure it was working perfecty because I refill all my cartridges. The green led works normally and I can print without any problem but if I want to acces to the cartridges I can't because all butons doesn't work. Even when I push the power on/off buton, nothing happen.

Does anyone have an idea about that problem?

I tried to update the firmware on the mainboard but still the same problem. Also I don't know why but the cart moved up and down this afternoon at a moment when I didn't use it.

Hi,

Display unit has CN5/CN13 on Epson mother board and end up at display. Check the display end
that they are in all the way - one end can slip out. If LED's still work then probably one cable is out.
One cable handles buttons/led's the other the LCD. It could be other things but check cables first.

I would resist flashing mother board until you know electrically all is good.
