I usually only print for my own customers but had a request to print an order for a local embroidery shop. What's a good price to charge for 850 customer supplied shirts, 1 color (no flashing) 1 location (full front)? I need to provide them with a quote pda, so please reply and inbox me if possible thanks in advance

Average contract printer pricing on this would be about $1 each.

200-299 $0.75 each
300 + $0.70 each

$25 setup charge.

How competitive are your regular print prices?
If you are competitive just charge your usual prices, and maybe waive the screen and set up charges (assuming that the art is camera ready).

The customer will still be able to make the mark-up on the garment, plus artwork and set-up fees, plus will also be able add some mark up to your printing.

If your prices are not competitive then charge along the lines suggested in the other replies. You might feel like you are cutting your own throat by charging less, but just remember that you are likely to be on 95%+ profit margin.
