Which shirt content has less shrinkage in the wash? 50/50 or 100% preshrunk cotton. Looking to stop puckering with heat applied vinyl. Currently use Gildan G200. Thanks, Mike
All other variables being equal, with two shirts of the same level of quality, the 50/50 Cotton/Poly shirt will have less shrinkage than the 100% Preshrunk cotton. While the preshrunk cotton has less shrinkage than plain cotton, it will still exhibit between 3-5% shrinkage routinely.

As always, the quality of the shirts has a huge impact on this, and testing one of each for yourself is never a bad idea.
