Just noticed this
Looks like my waste tank hose is pinched.
I didn't see it until I pulled the excess hose
out from inside the machine.
Should I pull it all out to see how much slack
I have and then cut out that area and attach it to the
waste valve.
I would think this would constrict the waste going into tank

You can try doing that to see how much slack there is. Just make sure it doesn't disconnect with the capping/pump assembly. If that doesn't work then you will need to replace it with a hose like what is used for your ink lines.
