Complete Noob From Canada Eh!

Hey, my names is Joel, and I'm currently looking into doing screen printing. I'm hoping to start out relatively small and see what happens from there. I've been reading and watching videos and know the basic principles, but if anyone has some suggestions on a cheap way to start doing shirts just to start it would be much appreciated!
i guess my main concerns right now are what i will use to expose the emulsion, what to use as a pallet when transferring the ink, and curing afterwords as i have essentially no equipment at this point.
