Colors not printing vividly

There are several things that contribute to a great print. We would need a lot more info to get to the root of your problem. List the following info:

Shirt type
Shirt color
Ink set
Pretreat
Amount of pretreat
What RIP
RIP settings
Artwork file type, resolution
Is the art good to begin with?
