ColorJet3 Film Heat Transfer - Anyone Use It?

Has anyone used the ColorJet3 transfer film/paper from MySupplyHut? I noted on the order page they suggest using a transfer film along with this? Whats up with that and does this film work well? Says it is for regular inkjet printers on light or dark.
