-Turn down your white choke
-White Auto highlight
-Make sure your bed is level
i have tried all choke settings on max right now ,seems to be the best of all settings but still not the greatest and no highlight at all and bed is level ?
make sure your bed isn't leaning since you say it on just 1 side, the bed sometimes needs to be adjusted.

Also, we found that over stretching the shirt into the platen can cause this problem. If the shirts are too small for the platen and you are over stretching them this may be a problem especially since you say it hasn't been a consistent problem and its the same file.

Not sure which platens you have, (tuc-n-loc or the ones with the metal rings) either way try not to stretch them too much. See if that helps.
thanks ill check all that out , the costomer loved the shirt anyways so i guess thats what counts
Make sure the image has no stray or dirty pixels. Zoom in really close and makes sure the edge is clean. Sometimes i have noticed that really light pixels will cause white ink to be put down.

I find this very strange and don't see any others post addressing the fact that you are only saying that the (BASE) white is peaking out. Indicating that all other colors are in register on top. hmmm. Something has gone astray between the time of printing the white and hitting the top colors. Either the base is out or the top colors have shifted.
What it sounds like to me, is that the base white (when printing is distorting to one side. I've had this happen and have had my base peak out. Printed the next tee and it was good again. Kind of a quarky thing.

I always check the art before it hits the printer and i export out at 300 dpi. i have done a half dozen alignments and i use a magnifier to look at alignment sheets . at one piont it went the other way and had white peeking out on the left . so did the whole routine again and now im back to right side peeking and thats with max choke
went thru whole process again , same stuff going onbut now it has transfered to bottom and right , this thing is driving me nutz
Are you printing in HS (High Speed, Bi-directional) print mode?
Are you sure that it is not from tucking the shirt too tightly? It sounds like something is moving in between passes.

If thats not it try starting over with the choke and feed. Put the choke back to default, adjust the feed to make the layers the same size and slowly adjust the choke as needed. I dont think you should ever need max choke for any image.
