Any one out there know which is best to use???? Accurup, T-Seps, Easy Art 2??? I bet there's more any familiar with one which I'd easy to understand???

I think just about all of them have 30 day fully functional trial versions so you can actually sep some designs, burn screens and print to see the results. Spot Process/VueRite (SPVR or whatever it is called now) is not on your list either.
