I was watching this video:

the guy had a color template on the side with available flex and flock (sp?) colors. Is that available on the website to download as templates? How did he do that? :(

also, he mentioned he had a template for illustrator to download but i couldn't find a link on it on his site. does anyone have a template? my vector designs were rejected. i'm trying to learn how to not get them rejected :D

thank you. that was real helpful. i'm not too sure what kind of template the guy who made the video was referring to. maybe it's just an 11in x 11in document.

Yes, I believe he is talking about the 11 x11 inch palette that he uses when creating the design. Also, for tips on what in your design is causing the rejection, you can always email our Design Team, [email protected], attach your rejected vector file and they can provide you specifics on what areas are causing the rejection.
