Color is printing inches lower than underbase

I'm new to the T jets, I can get everything working good so far. However when I attempt to use an undercoat it prints in the proper location but the color prints lower on the shirt. I cannot find anywhere that says how to fix this

Which t jet????
It is a t jet 2, and the color starts at the bottom of the underbase layer. The distance seems to depend on the size of the design.
So if u have a 6" graphic ripped with white underbase it prints the white then the color file just below the white? What rip are u using and version. What happens if u send the underbase then reset the bed and send color. Does it register? Or does the color still want to be below the white. Have u reripped file.
I'm using ez rip v4.07, in have found the setting cartoon 720 for print and underbase works fine now, but if i try photo settings i get the color pass lower. I haven't tried reseting the bed between passes yet iu will try today
OK well I think that points to the RIP and EZ RIP is the new version of FAST RIP. So lets see if maybe Cave Dave can Help here. Oh Dave!!! Where did you the software from, or TJet Package they should be able to help if its a dealer.

From Billy in our Support Department:

Check to make sure you are using the right page size in EZ Artist / EZ Rip. You want to make sure and use the 13x18 page size. Using the standard board size 11x17 will create this issue. Inside the rip go to Queue>Properties. Under Media Setup select your type to be Fixed sheet media and the name to be 13x18. This should fix the issue.

Hatty is correct, if you dont choose the correct page size it wont rewind after the 1st layer (the underbase). Basically the TJet2 needs to feed to a certain distance before it will automatically rewind.

Make sure that the printer is in paper out roll cut mode, sometimes it changes on the Epson LCD. If it does this push the left arrow and you'll switch it to the correct mode. I saw my T2 and blazer doing this alot and the registration was always off.
Thank you everyone it looks like changing it to to the 13 x 18 fixed sheet size has cleared up the problem.
You have all been a great help
