We have problem with our K3. The color (especially red and blue) detaching form white after heating shirt in a press in some places like in a image below

It doesn't look that bad on photo but it is preaty visible in real and our customers complaining about it. Tshirt coming form printer looks pretty decent but after heating it this white dots appears. We are printing on Stedman and FOTL shirts and both had the same problem. Anyone has any idea how to fix this problem?

i had a similar problem
what i found withthe white under base i was pressing with pressure first so now i do a hover for 145 seconds at 340 and a light to medium pressure for 145 seconds and that solved the problem the underbase is thicker so it is pushing up thru colors

Color is not detaching - it's not landing on the white underbase but on the fiber that is not flattened. When you press the shirt it's being flatten in a random direction.

By the way Stedman and FOTL are real no no for DTG - to many fibers, the quality of the garment is terrible (also for high and screen printing).

I assume you are from Europe ?

Try out Hanes, Harvest, some models of JHC and especially - the best shirt for DTG - Adler (if its availbe in your country ADLER Czech a.s. Zna?kový reklamní textil)

Thank you all for your help. OSSKOBRETs post was very helpful and we manage to process FOTLs and Stedman tshirts that we have. Next time we will buy a pack of shirts we will try Adler, hope to see better results Thank you again.
