What's the best way to achieve this look?

American Apparel | American Apparel Washed Color Block T-Shirt

I've been ordering shirts, removing the hems, then resewing them myself. It's an extremely painstaking process.

I have contemplated going to local alteration shops, but I've heard they can be pretty pricey.

Is my best bet to contact a custom cut/sew supplier? If so, does anyone have any tips/recommendations? Any resources would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to have minimums around 100, so that's something to keep in mind.

Are there any other viable options?
