Color blistering while drying.

Hello-

I have a four color manual press and I use Wilflex inks. I mainly do one color work at my shop. Later this week I have an order of black shirts which needs four spot colors printed (White, blue, orange and green). I thought I could do a white under print to make the colors more vibrant. Recently in the Springtime I did this but my colors were getting small blisters after going through the dryer.

I can really use any advice I can get here. Should I use a fast flashing white? Fine mesh counts for the over printed colors? Less heat or faster belt speed when doing the final drying?

What type of screen meshes would you use??
