Cold Peel

Having some issues with the Firefighters Wife transfer (glitter cold peel). I use the recommended settings and peel from side to side but some paper is left behind after peeling. How long should you rub it with a cloth after pressing? And how long after that should you wait before peeling?

Cool to the touch, you can rub the heat our with your hands just as well shouldn't take long
