Cobra Ink system Espon 7010 Printer and jetpro soft stretch help needed Mac, Adobe
I just got my Espon 7010 printer from cobra ink systems with the pigment inks installed, I have 11 by 17 in jetsoft transfers and a phenix 20 by 24 heat press. My problem is that my transfers are not holding color very well. I design, then print them and the color's that print are not whats on my screen and its not very vibrant. I tried to call Cobra but they are moving, so i sent them an email, but they have not gotten to it yet. I printed 30 different ways with profiles without them.With different papers i did get one to print the colors I wanted on regular paper then using the same setting on a transfers the colors sucked and transfer was dull.
Any help would be awesome cause right not I need it.

its hard to say...I assume you followed JPSS instructions, printed on right of paper..
transfers are tricky to zero in...too much/little time or too much/little pressure all will create problems.
what software..are you manually setting color or letting the program set..
when transfers fade it is normally an issue with time/temp..

well im following the 20-30 seconds at 250-270 im using photoshop and just trying to print its suck at this point been at it all day

There are some post's that may help on that page. Sorry I couldn't answer your question specifically. I just got my Epson WF1100 and refillable carts from Cobra myself and I'm waiting for them to open next week myself.

That's not what you said in the other post you posted. You said 25 seconds at 355. Which one is it, and why create multiple post?

If you're having problems and asking for help you have to make changes or swap put one piece at a time until you find the problem.
Do you have access to a local supplier that has a different paper? You can contact www.SeSpecialty.com and have him send you some JPSS transfers.
If the ones he sends work better than maybe you have bad transfers from Cobra. Ask SeSpecialty to send them via USPS so you'll get them by Saturday or FexEx over night. But you have to contact him today.

What are your Printer Utility settings setup too? Are your print settings Photo, Glossy or Image? If you have the Text setting you're not going to get a good image.
