Coating screens

I have 30-40 screens that were coated too quickly and are now full of pinholes. The emulsion has dried completely and I have not exposed them. Is it possible to coat them again on top of the dry emulsion to fill the pinholes? I am using Poly Plus S emulsion.

Try doing it to one,if it works cosmic,if not you haven't lost anything as you would have to reclaim them any way;)
actually theres alot of people who put a second coat of emulsion after the first one has dried, i cant ever seem to get it to work, maybe its the emulsion im using. give it shot let us know what happens
just want to ask....what is your scoop coater degree when u coating the screens....which degree is the best?

The coater is actually designed to lie flat on the screen. The screen itself is tilted slightly. Here is a video.

Check out the section starting at 3:45.
I'll give coating them again a try and let you know how it works out. I was just wondering if there was a certain way or if there were some tricks to it. I don't think it was the coater or the coating angle (we almost always parallel the coater edge with the screen and angle the screen 45 degrees or so). I assume it was coated too fast -I think the person coating did 30 screens in like 15 minutes (don't ask me how...I just noted the time).
*Correction* I meant we hold the scoop coater edge perpendicular to the screen, not parallel.
