I posted earlier about help on my decision to buy 2 epson stylus 1280's for sublimation and pigment ink printing onto shirts. But did not get any help.

So I got lucky and called Coastal business supplies and this very nice woman told me that they stopped making sublimation ink for the epson 1280. Just wanted to share my experience of dodging a mistake with the help of good people.

Now I guess I should try and find a new or refurbished epson 1100 but will they soon stop making sublimation for that one to ??

You can get refillable cartridges for both printers at Refillable cartridges, refill cartridge, chip resetter, ink cartridge refill Smart carts then buy the large bottles of dye sub ink on ebay. Just make sure that you get a ICC profile.
