Is it clogged with ink, or old emulsion, or a combination of both?
I've had to disassemble the outgoing plumbing on my washout tank a couple of times and physically scrape off old emulsion buildup out of the pipes. That buildup usually comes from doing lot of screens that have been coated with a dual cure emulsion.
