I haven't dealt with this company, but I have taken advantage of the IMSI offer from another CD set (think mine was the "3 million clipart" one from another company).

Some folks had issues depending on which cd they bought, from what I gathered, they got it resolved via phone and got their subscription. Mine was as easy as getting to the right page and entering the code.

I used the planet cd rom site just to get the cd on images and then free clipart.com membership...and it worked just fine...the images are sort of crappy and I dont use them..just go to clipart and get the good stuff
