My brother GTX pro is telling me cleaning solution out! Add more.

It was not empty , was half full but I add more and the error still exist. I try to turn off the printer but error still there. So I don't know what to do :-(

Some one a solution ?

Fanny1973, the GTX has an internal Cleaning Solution tank which has a sensor to determine the tank level. If the Cleaning Solution tank is full then the sensor might be damaged and you will want to contact our support.
