I'm just about to pick up a used R-Jet 5 which is not printing white.

The machine has been stood around a while. A standard print head clean has been undertaken, but not resolved the issue.

Before I go out and replace the head, I'm sure I've read about undertaking a head flush/clean. Must be worth a go first! Can anyone advise on the procedure and what to use?

Thanks

If it has been stood for some time the tubes and circulation pumps could be damaged or blocked. You can find a video on youtube for flushing and changing the print head on an R-Jet 4 which is the same procedure.
